The Adirondack Room is conveniently located off Interstate 87, Exit 37.  We are in close proximity to many of the area hotels which is perfect for your guest speaker and attendees’ overnight needs.  

The Adirondack Room is equipped with 2 – 70 “ flat screen televisions mounted high on the wall for ease of viewing by all your attendees.  An HDMI cable will be provided to connect your laptop computer into our system to display your presentation.  Additionally, there is a dedicated WiFi Service should you require access to the internet.  A free-standing podium and microphone is available for your use as well.

For groups of over 40 people in size, the room can either be set theatre style (chairs only) or with crescent rounds of 5 or 6 people each so everyone can view the presentation and have individual work spaces for note taking.  

For groups under 40 people in size, one half of the room can be in a large U-Shape table or as an open hollow rectangle.  These sets work well for your general session or group training sessions.  The other half of the room can be set with round tables or 6 people each for individual break-out or brain storming sessions.

Depending on your group size and needs, The Adirondack Room provides a comfortable space to meet.  The room rental charges vary depending upon the size of your group, the length of time you will be using the room and your food and beverage requirements.  

The Booking Process

It's quite simple.  Once you have selected and confirmed your date, along with the start and ending times of your meeting, a contract will be sent to you to secure your booking.  Upon receipt of your non-refundable deposit, which goes towards your final purchases, along with a signed copy of the contract, The Adirondack Room will be reserved.  

Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays require a non-refundable deposit of $1,000. Monday through Thursday require a non-refundable deposit of $500.
